Ordering Process

CAPTISOL^® is a proprietary technology that requires a confidential disclosure agreement (CDA) be in place prior to sharing confidential information and providing CAPTISOL material. Once a CDA is signed, CAPTISOL may be ordered from a standard price sheet. Commercial bulk material pricing is available under the terms of a negotiated supply agreement.

Each order must be accompanied by either a purchase order number or a VISA or MasterCard credit card number. Orders purchased with a PO number should be faxed to CyDex for processing, while credit card purchases can be sent via fax, phone, or email. Orders are usually processed within forty-eight hours upon receipt of the purchase order or credit card number and material is shipped Federal Express, FCA (Shipping Point), unless otherwise mutually agreed upon.
